From 2016 to 2023 we created interactive theatre for Polar Black Events and their brand partnership with Ardbeg for the annual Ardbeg Day  celebrations: taking the themes and flavours of the whiskey and bringing them to life.

2016 Ardbeg Night  - written and directed by Kathryn McGarr creating a narrative inspired by Ardbeg’s smuggling past fleshed out into a captivating story of blood, sweat and whiskey with additional content by Matthew Blake. Interactive performers; McGarr, Blake & Oliver Britten.

2017 Ardbeg Boat Race  - Kate Hargreaves, Hetty Burton and Danny Martin made the Kelpie and the Lobster experience

2019 Ardbeg Day Caribbean Festival - game design and characters by Kathryn McGarr, compered by McGarr & Nicola Jallim

2022 Ardbeg Ardcore - Kate Hargreaves created a punk themed riot of a day with Adam Redmore, Tim Barnsdall, Andy Kobelinsky and Paul Rogers HMUA

2023 Planet Ardbeg - Kate Hargreaves created Film Noir themed Heavy Vapours theatrical experience for the launch of their smoky, mysterious whisky of the same name. With the brilliant talents of :
Kathryn McGarr as Agent 46 from the Planet Ardbeg graphic novel series, Matthew Odell, Tim Barnsdall and Suni La with HMU by Victoria Evans and Paul Rogers and Costumes by Gideon Reeling.
